After breakfast at your riad, begin a fascinating full-day exploration of Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital.
Step into the ancient Fes el-Bali Medina, a remarkable maze of narrow streets, lively souks, traditional workshops, and beautifully preserved architecture. Wander through its atmospheric side streets and discover the authentic character of one of Morocco’s most historic urban centers.

After breakfast, leave Fes behind for a scenic journey into the beautiful landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Our first stop is Ifrane, a charming mountain town often nicknamed the “Switzerland of Morocco” thanks to its distinctive architecture, clean streets, lush surroundings, and alpine atmosphere. Take some time to explore the town and enjoy its peaceful setting.
Continue toward the spectacular Cedar Forest, home to some of Morocco’s most impressive cedar trees and a wonderful place to experience the natural beauty of the Middle Atlas. Enjoy a relaxing walk through the forest and keep an eye out for the famous Barbary macaques, which inhabit the area.
After immersing yourself in nature, continue to Azrou, a traditional Berber town nestled in the mountains. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and experience a taste of authentic Moroccan hospitality and cuisine.
After lunch, begin the scenic drive back to Fes, taking in the beautiful mountain landscapes along the way.
